We'd rather give you your money back than have an unhappy member. Here's exactly how it works.
Eligibility
Both Monthly VIP and Lifetime VIP come with a 14-day full refund window starting the moment your payment clears. You don't need to give a reason. "Changed my mind" is enough.
How to request
- Fastest: email [email protected] with the subject line "refund" and the email address you paid with.
- Or open whop.com/orders and use Whop's built-in refund form.
Either route, expect the refund to be issued within one business day. The actual money lands back on your card 3–5 business days after that — how fast depends on your bank, not us.
Outside the 14 days
For Monthly VIP, you can cancel at any time from your Whop dashboard and you won't be charged again. We don't pro-rate partial months beyond the refund window.
For Lifetime VIP, the 14-day window is the only refund window — but since you only ever pay once, this almost never comes up.
Things we don't refund
- Accounts banned for sharing private VIP links publicly (see Acceptable use).
- Chargebacks filed without first emailing us — we'll always work with you, no need to escalate.
